Create Server Connection: Accesses the Create New Iasta SmartSource Connection wizard where you can set up saved connections to the database servers. These connections allow you access to the live bidding process and project information by way of setting up different users with different user accounts.

Refreshes and updates the specified project data.

Bid Graph: Enables you to modify the settings of a specified project's bid graph.

Private Message: Enables you to send an instant message to another project participant during a Live Event.

Resource Library: Opens the Iasta SmartSource Resource Library which includes several downloadable Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and Acrobat PDF documents that can help you design and administer bidding projects.

Help: Opens Iasta SmartSource Help.

Create New Project: Accesses the Create New Project wizard which guides you through all the necessary steps to create and run an auction: set up lots, invite bidders and spectators, and customize all settings.

Edit Project Settings: Launches the Project Properties wizard for you to modify project settings.

Project Lots and Items: Opens the Lots and Items window where you can create and edit lots and lot item information for a specific project.

Project Attendees: Takes you to the Project Attendees window where you can select or edit the bidders, spectators, and administrators with access to a specific project.

Project Management: Opens the Project Management window where you can view and edit a project timeline and milestones.

Project Triggers: Accesses the Project Triggers window where you can create or modify project and activity triggers.

Bid Management: Opens the Project Bids window where you can view, add, edit, and publish bids.

Decision Optimization Analysis: Opens the Decision Optimization Analysis window where you can create what-if scenarios with the results of a project to determine the best possible scenario for your particular business needs.

Send E-mail: Initiates the Send an E-mail window where you can quickly and easily compose and send an e-mail to project attendees.

Project Messages: Accesses the Project Messages window where administrators can view, create, or modify messages for a project. Can only be accessed within a Live Event. With this icon, you can also post a message even before the Live Event begins.

Surveys: Enables you to open the Survey Editor window, where you can view and edit surveys and view bidder's responses to the surveys.

Documents: Enables you to add a new document to a project or edit an existing document.

Attachments: Enables you to add a new attachment to a project or edit an existing attachment.

Document Library: Accesses a project's Document Library where documents and contracts are stored.

Contract Management: Enables you to organize, store, and manage contracts and associated contract information.

Companies and Users: Opens the Companies and Users window where you can manage all the companies and users currently in the database.

Export: Enables you to export to different file formats.

Proxy Bid: Opens the Submit a Proxy Bid window where you can administratively place a bid for a qualified bidder within a Live Event.

Post Message: Enables you to post a message during a Live Event to the project administrator.

Project Forum: Accesses the Forum Questions window where administrators can add new questions, re-phrase questions posted by other attendees, and post answers.

Pause: Click to pause a Live Event.

Resume: Click to resume a Live Event.

Displays the status of each bidder's internet connection during a Live Event and enables you to monitor for connectivity problems.
