Configure a profile trigger that will be automatically applied to all companies assigned to this profile.
This trigger is enabled: Make sure there is a check mark in the box if you want the trigger to send email notifications.
E-mail Document: Click the Browse button to open the Create and Save an E-mail Document window. You will be prompted to enter a subject in the Subject box and your message in the Message Body box or you can also insert fields into the subject or body of your email message. By inserting a field such as profile description or profile name, SmartSource will automatically insert the correct data for the profile in the email when the trigger is launched.
To insert a field, place your cursor where you want to put the contract field, select Templates > Insert Field > [field name]. Click the Help button on this page for more information.
Recipients: Indicate who you want to receive the email notification. Use the All users in the company check box to have the email sent to all users in the company for the assigned profile or add specific users from any company.
Execution Criteria: Choose the action that will launch the trigger.
Completion status becomes: Select the status (Assigned, Saved, or Submitted) that will launch the trigger. Iasta SmartSource will automatically send the email whenever the selected status is applied to the profile for any company.
Review Status becomes: Select Verified, Unverified, or Rejected. Iasta SmartSource sends the email whenever a profile is assigned the status you select.
Date: Send the email based on date fields in the profile. Click the Add Execution Time button on the toolbar to add a row to the table. Select the Date field area of the row to see a drop down arrow for selecting a date field from a list. Then use the Time span, Units and Direction columns to indicate when you want to launch the trigger relative to the date value in the selected field. For example 3 days before or 2 weeks after. You can trigger the same email to launch at more than one point. For example you could launch a reminder email 90 days before an event and then launch it again 30 days before the event.
