As an administrator you can edit the time settings for intervals by clicking the Edit Event Properties button on the toolbar of the Live Event Window. It is possible to skip over lots, change, reset the start time, and modify the acceptable bid ranges for individual lots.

From the Live Event window of a Dutch Auction, click the Edit Event Properties button [insert picture] on the toolbar.

Fields in Event Properties

• Locked: You cannot edit time settings for the event unless the Locked field is unchecked. Click the check box to lock and unlock the fields for adjusting settings.
• Start Time: Set the date and time when you want the first lot to open.
• Lot Buffer: You may choose to specify a specific amount of time when a lot closes and the first interval for the next lot begins. Enter the amount of time in minutes and seconds.
• Start at Lot: Specify the first lot for which you want bidders to submit bids.
• Interval: Enter the range of acceptable bids for the first interval of the lot specified.
• Preview Changes: Shows list of Lots along with their bid ranges and approx start and end times at the bottom of the window.

Use these buttons to navigate:

• OK: Saves changes and returns to the Live Event window.
• Cancel: Exits without savings and returns to the Live Event window.
• Help: Opens Iasta SmartSource Desktop Online Help.
