The Iasta SmartSource Portal is a web site that offers some commonly used features and functions to simplify participation in a sourcing project through your internet browser. Bidders use the portal to perform tasks such as:

• accessing projects
• placing bids
• viewing and/or submitting forum questions
• responding to surveys (RFx)
• participating in Live Events (auctions)
• submit company and user profiles
• submit scorecard evaluations

Survey and scorecard evaluators can also use the portal to score survey responses and scorecard sessions without downloading the Iasta SmartSource Desktop software.

Typically you will log on to the Iasta SmartSource Portal Site to work with sourcing projects; however, with a valid user name and password, you  can download a limited version of the Iasta SmartSource Desktop (PC users only). Be sure to review all information about a project because the Project Administrator may have requested time-sensitive responses.
