If you attempt to log on and see the following error message, you have either attempted to log on to the wrong subdomain or you are typing your user name and/or password incorrectly.

Troubleshooting Portal Login Problems

Try these suggestions to resolve problems logging on to the Iasta SmartSource Portal Site:

• Make sure you spelled the site address (including the subdomain) correctly.
• Make sure you typed your user name and password exactly as you received or saved it.

NOTE:  User Name and Password fields are case sensitive.

• If you have already logged on and changed your temporary password, make sure you are using your new password and not the one sent to you via e-mail by Iasta SmartSource.
• If you are prompted for a confirmation code, make sure you typed it exactly as you see it.

NOTE: Confirmation Codes are case sensitive.

• If you cannot resolve the problem, click the Forgot Password? link. After you enter your user name, Iasta SmartSource sends you an e-mail that contains your temporary password, which you will be prompted to change to a permanent password the first time you log on.
• If you forgot your user name, click the Forgot User Name? link. Iasta SmartSource will ask you to enter your e-mail address and then sends you an e-mail that contains your user name.
• Iasta SmartSource locks a user account as soon as someone enters an incorrect password 5 times in a row. The lockout feature applies to all user accounts for the Iasta SmartSource Desktop and Portal. To unlock an account, the user must reset the password using the standard reset password function or contact a Iasta SmartSource administrator to have the password reset.
