Historical Projects

When the sponsor changes the status of a project to a "complete" status, Iasta SmartSource moves it to the Historical Projects list. All information is retained for completed projects so you can still view full details about historical (completed) projects.

»To open the Historical Projects list

Select Historical Projects in the left pane of the Iasta SmartSource Portal Site.

The list contains the following information about each project:

Project Name: The name assigned by the project sponsor to identify the project. The name is a link to the Project Details page.
Project Status: The status shows where the project is in the project life cycle. The default statuses are: unpublished (not visible to bidders), published (visible to bidders) and closed (visible to bidders in Historical Projects). Although project sponsors can custom statuses for projects in their subdomain, projects in this list will always be some variation of a published status.
Links: If there is a Live Event (either an auction or a sealed bid) associated with the project, a "Live Event" link will open the Live Event page.
Surveys and Live Events: An indented list of live events and surveys that are associated with the project are listed below the project name.
