The Project Details page contains a variety of sections with details about the project. Some sections contain links so that you can drill into further detail. When navigating to different pages, a breadcrumb appears at the top of the page. It gives you a way to keep track of your location within a project. The breadcrumb is dynamic, providing links back to each previous page that you navigated through in order to get to the current page. When you navigate beyond the Project Details page, you can always return to it by selecting the project name in the breadcrumb.

Project Details includes the following informational areas:

• Project Information: View the following information about the project:

• Project Name: the name assigned to the project by the project sponsor.
• Sponsor: the name of the company that created the project.
• Project Type: There are 6 types of Iasta SmartSource projects, Standard Reverse Auctions, Standard Forward auctions, Sealed Bid (reverse), Sealed Bid (forward), Dutch Auctions, and No Live Event.
• Start Time: The date and time (specified by the sponsor company) when bidders can start  submitting non-preliminary bids. (This field does not apply to No Live Event projects.)
• End Time:  The date and time (specified by the sponsor company) when bidders must stop submitting non-preliminary bids. (This field does not apply to No Live Event projects.)
• Project Status: Project Statuses are manually assigned by project owners or administrators with the sponsor company. The following default statuses are available: Development, Waiting for Approval, Published - InProgress, Negotiating - Pending, Complete - Awarded, Completed - Did not award.

• View the project's Forum: Opens the forum where you can post questions, view questions posted by other bidders, and view answers and other communications posted by the sponsor. If forums were not enabled for the project, then this link is not available.
• Go to the Live Event: opens the Live Event page where you can monitor the actual event taking place. For more information, see Live Event. This link is not available for No Live Event projects.
• View the project's Timeline: Opens the Project Timeline page where you can view a list of your project activities and the status of each activity. If project management is not enabled for this project, then this link is not available.
• View the Bidding Reports: Opens the Reports page where you can view all reports pertaining to bids that have been placed on this project. This link does not appear if no bids have been submitted for a project. For more information, refer to Bidding Reports.

• Project Timeline: View a list of your project timeline activities. If no project management timeline was set up or if you are not a participant in any activities, this section won't appear on the Project Details page. If a timeline activity requires current input from you, the activity name becomes a link to performing the activity or  the status name is a link to manually updating the status.        
• Lot Information: View the list of lots for the project. The list details the lot number, lot name, start time, and end time. "No Live Event" projects do not contain lots so the Lot Information area is not available for those types of projects. The lot name is a link to the Lot Information page.
• Surveys: View a list of surveys where you are a designated survey respondent. The list shows the survey name, description (optional), status, and due date. Select the name to open the survey in the right pane. For more information, refer to Surveys.
• Documents: View the list of published documents that the project sponsor has associated with the project. All documents are in PDF format. The list shows the  document name, document description (optional), file size, and the date it was posted. For more information, refer to Documents. The Documents section is not displayed if there are no published documents for the project.
• Attachments: View the list of files attached to this project by the project sponsor. Any type of file can be attached. The list shows the file name, file size, the date it was posted, and its status. The filename is a link to open the file but you must have access to an application that can open the file format. The Attachments section is not displayed if there are no published attachments for the project.
