Advanced Lot Settings: Contract Terms
These settings use the defaults for the project which are set in Advanced Project Settings: Contract Terms.
Advanced Settings: Contract Terms Tab
Fields in Contract Terms tab
- Contract Length (months): Enter the length of the contract in months.
- Delivery Destination: Enter all delivery destinations. You can also include delivery destination details in your survey.
- Payment Terms: Select payment terms from the drop-down list.
- Decision Period (days after event): Select the number of days after the Live Event that you expect it will take for you to make your award decision and notify bidders.
- First Shipment (days after event): Select the number of days after the Live Event that you expect it will take for you to agree on the first shipment date.
- Save as Default: Place a check mark in the box to make the settings currently on this page the default settings for new projects.
NOTE: The values in these fields are not currently displayed or used in any other window, document, or template.
Use these buttons to navigate:
- OK: Saves changes and returns to the lot properties page.
- Cancel: Exits Advanced Settings without saving.
- Help: Opens Iasta SmartSource Desktop Online Help.
