Contract Terms

Advanced Project Settings: Contract Terms

These settings create default settings for all lots in the project but you can change settings for individual lots. See Contract Terms (Lot) for more information.

Fields in Contract Terms tab

Contract Length (months): Enter the length of the contract in months.
Delivery Destination: Enter all delivery destinations. If the delivery destination varies by lot, enter each lot's destination on the Contract Terms tab of the Contract Terms (Lot) window, or include delivery destination details in your survey.
Payment Terms: Select payment terms from the drop-down list.
Decision Period (days after event): Select the number of days after the Live Event that you expect it will take for you to make your award decision and notify bidders.
First Shipment (days after event): Select the number of days after the Live Event that you expect it will take for you to agree on the first shipment date.

Save as Default: Place a check mark in the box to make the settings currently on this page the default settings for new projects.

Use these buttons to navigate:

OK: Saves changes and returns to the Project Settings page.
Cancel: Exits Advanced Settings without saving.
Help: Opens Iasta SmartSource Desktop Online Help.
