You can associate files with "attachment" type fields for individual companies in the company workspace.
»To associate a file with a field:
Open the company workspace by double clicking the company name in the Companies and Users window.
Open the Attachments page.
Click the Add File button on the toolbar. You cannot associate a file to a company without associating it to an attachment type field. Fields are created in Company Profile Administration.
Iasta SmartSource opens the Add File window. Enter information about the document in these fields:
File : Click the Browse button to the right of the field to open a window for navigating and selecting a file.
Profile Field: Select a field from the list. You can only associate files with attachment type fields.
Name: Enter a document name.
Description: Enter a description of the document.
Effective Date: Use arrows in the calendar and time fields to set an effective date.
Expiration Date: Set an expiration date relative to today's date by selecting a number and unit of time (never, day, week, month,year) from the current date, e.g. Expires after 6 months. Alternatively you can use the Expires field to set a specific date and time.
Revision Notes: Enter detailed information specific to this revision of the document.
Click Ok to upload the file and associate it with the field.
