Bidding reports generate bidder bidding history during and/or after the project and show detailed project information. The Report page displays an up-to-the-minute review and analysis of the project. View the reports live during a project, or print them for your records after the project.

Choose from the following reports:

• Bidder Bid Report
• ItemBid Report
• Excel Bid Report

»To access and print Iasta SmartSource reports

1. Click the Current Projects link on the Iasta SmartSource Portal Site page to open your Current Projects list in the right pane. Each name in the list is a link to that project's Project Details page.
2. Click the name of the project to open its Project Details page.
3. In the Related Links area, click the "View the Bidding Reports" link to open the Reports page.

4. Click the report name in the list to open the Report. Information is displayed exactly how it will print. Click on the toolbar to print the report or select File > Print.
