When you post a question to the forum, Iasta SmartSource sends a notification an e-mail to the Project Owner. The question is not posted until the Project Owner or Project Administrator has answered it.

The submitter always appears anonymously to other bidders. To further protect your identity, the Project Administrator or Project Owner can reword your question before posting it, or post the question and answer so that only you can see it.

»To submit a forum question

1. From the Current Projects page, click the name of the project to open the Project Details page.

2. In the Related Links area, click the "View the Project's Forum" link to open the Project Forum

3. Click the "Submit a question to the forum" link to open the Submit Forum Question window.

4. Type your question in the Question field.
5. Click Submit. Your question is submitted.
6. Click Cancel to exit the window and return to the Project Forum page.
7. Click (Refresh) on your browser toolbar. Your unanswered question appears in the Unanswered Questions section.

Note: No other user can see your unanswered questions.
