Survey Permisssion Overrides

»To override survey-level permissions

    1. Select the project in the Connections and Projects tree in the left pane.

NOTE: If you are not assigned to a project team but have access to edit projects at a system-wide level, you can access all projects in the Subdomain branch of the Connections and Projects tree.

    1. Click the Survey Management button on the toolbar or right click and select Survey Management from the shortcut menu to open the Survey Management window.
    2. Select a survey in the list and click on the toolbar to open the Survey Editor.
    3. Select the Survey Attendees button on the tool bar to open the Survey Attendees page.

NOTE: You can also override permissions on the Survey Attendee page in the Create Survey wizard.

    1. Select the user in the Survey Attendees list and click on the toolbar to open the Override this User's Permissions page.
    2. The permission settings derived from the user's survey role appear in gray: A plus means the permission is enabled and a minus indicates it is disabled. Click the icon in the Access or Grant columns to toggle between enable and disable. When you override a permission, the icon appears in green if you manually enabled the permission or red if you manually disabled the permission.
    3. Modify permissions as necessary and click Finish.
