Expand the project in the Connections and Project Tree in the left pane and Iasta SmartSource opens the Project Details page in the right pane. You can also view the Project Details page by selecting a project from the Current Projects list which displays in the right pane when you have the Subdomain name selected in the Connections and Project Tree

Navigating Project Information with the Breadcrumb

The Project Details page contains a variety of sections with details about the project. Some sections contain links so that you can drill into further detail. When navigating to different pages, a breadcrumb appears at the top of the page. It gives you a way to keep track of your location within a project. The breadcrumb is dynamic, providing links back to each previous page that you navigated through in order to get to the current page. When you navigate beyond the Project Details page, you can always return to it by selecting the project name in the breadcrumb.

Information Areas of the Project Details Page

Project Details includes the following informational areas:

• Project Information: View the following information about the project:

• Project Name: the name assigned to the project by the project creator.
• Sponsor: the name of the company that created the project.
• Project Type: There are 5 types of Iasta SmartSource projects, Standard Reverse Auctions, Standard Forward auctions, Sealed Bid (reverse), Sealed Bid (forward), Dutch Auction, and No Live Event.
• Start Time: The date and time when bidders can start submitting non-preliminary bids. (Not applicable to No Live Event projects.)
• End Time:  The date and time when bidders must stop submitting bids. (Not applicable to No Live Event projects.)
• Project Status: Project Statuses are manually assigned by project owners or administrators with the sponsor company. The following default statuses are available: Development, Waiting for Approval, Published - InProgress, Negotiating - Pending, Complete - Awarded, Completed - Did not award.

• View the project's Forum: Opens the forum where you can view questions submitted by bidders and post answers. If a forum was not enabled for the project, this link is not available.
• Go to the Live Event: opens the Live Event page where you can monitor the actual event taking place. For more information, see Live Event. This link is not available for No Live Event projects.
• View the project's Timeline: Opens the Project Timeline page where you can view a list of your project activities and the status of each activity. If project management is not enabled for this project, then this link is not available.
• View the Bidding Reports: Opens the Reports page where you can view all reports pertaining to bids that have been placed on this project. This link does not appear if no bids have been submitted for a project. For more information, refer to Bidding Reports.

• Project Timeline: View a list of project timeline activities. If no project management timeline was set up, this section won't appear on the Project Details page. If a timeline activity requires current input from you, the activity name or status become links to performing the activity or manually updating the status.
• Lot Information: View the list of lots for the project. The list details the lot number, lot name, start time, and end time. "No Live Event" projects do not contain lots so the Lot Information area is not available for those types of projects. The lot name is a link the Lot Information page.
• Surveys: View a list of surveys associated with the project. The list shows the survey name, description (optional), status, and due date. Select the survey name to open the survey in the right pane. For more information, refer to Surveys.
• Documents: View the list of documents associated with the project. All documents are in PDF format. The list shows the document name, document description (optional), file size, and the date it was posted. For more information, refer to Documents. If there are no documents associated with the project, the Documents section is not displayed.
• Attachments: View the list of files attached to this project by the project sponsor. Any type of file can be attached. The list shows the file name, file size, the date it was posted, and its status. The filename is a link to open the file but you must have access to an application that can open the file format. The Attachments section is not displayed if there are no published attachments for the project.
