You can use surveys to solicit information about a project from bidders, or potential bidders, in the form of an RFI, RFP, RFQ, general questionnaire or agreement. Iasta SmartSource's powerful Survey Editor walks you through building a survey and Iasta SmartSource provides email notifications and tools for distributing the survey to selected project participants (attendees). Attendees can log on and submit responses which sponsor users can score and analyze.

Iasta SmartSource surveys include the following features:

• Create documents containing specific questions aimed at your bidders and control the type of answers that can be submitted (yes/no, short or long text, multiple choice, etc.)
• Automatically score questions based on responses or allow evaluators to manually score individual questions.
• Score questions by weight and/or by reviewer score
• Save surveys as templates for use in future projects

»To access the survey management window

Select and expand the project in the Connections and Projects tree and click the Survey Management button on the toolbar. Iasta SmartSource opens the Survey Management window listing surveys that have been created for the selected project.

• delete surveys
• view survey responses
• evaluate survey responses
