With Documents, you can attach PDF versions of documents quickly and efficiently using templates that can be saved and used in multiple projects. Because these documents are converted to a PDF file when they are published to your project, they are typically used as a means of "one-way" communication from you to your bidders. Sometimes, sponsors use Documents with an agreement sheet at the end to acquire a commitment to participate, and/or request preliminary bids.
To get you started, Iasta provides a document called the Standard Template when you install the Iasta SmartSource desktop. You can include an unlimited number of Project Documents in your project.
