Some survey questions require attachments and other questions may allow you to attach supporting files.
From the survey question, click the "Attach a file to this answer" link to open the Add Attachment window.
Click Browse to open the File Upload window where you can navigate to the location of the file you want to attach, select it, and click Open.
Iasta SmartSource displays the Add Attachment window with the selected file. Click Attach to attach the file to your response or click Cancel to exit without attaching a file.
