Contract Dashboard

The Contract Management Dashboard provides a combination of summary and detail information that visually communicates an overview of contracts in the currently selected folder. Because dashboards are custom-built for each user, they automatically present information that is specifically applicable to their work. For users with access to the All Contracts folder, the dashboard provides a high level view of the entire contract management system. Each dashboard includes the following information about contracts for the currently selected folder:

Contracts by Type: Bar chart displaying the number of contracts for each contract type.
Contracts Assigned to Me: Contracts assigned to logged in user.
Important Contracts: List of contracts tagged as Important.
To-Do Contracts: List of contracts tagged as To Do.
Contracts by Owner: Pie chart displaying contracts by their contract owner.
Statistics: Shows the following summary information:

Executed By: The currently logged on user. Dashboards are customized for the currently logged on user so this information may provide context when exporting the dashboard to another document format.
Executed At: Date and time when the dashboard information was compiled.
Total Number of Contracts: Number of contracts in the currently selected folder.
Unread Contracts: Number of contracts marked as unread.
Read Contracts: Number of contracts marked as read.

Contracts Are: Bar chart displaying the number of contracts for each contract type.

IMPORTANT: My Contracts and All Contracts provide cumulative views on the Dashboard, Contract Lists, and Reports tabs. The lists and charts for My Contracts and All Contracts include data for all contracts in any contained in all subfolders. Other subfolders include data for contracts that are located directly inside the folder. They don't summarize data for contracts in subfolders.

»To open the Dashboard for a Contract folder

Select a folder in Contracts tree in the left pane. You can also select the My Contracts or All Contracts branches
Click the Dashboard tab located at the bottom of the right pane.
