The Project Attendees window is the gateway to managing all of the attendees that have access to your project (both sponsors and bidders.)

Project Attendees Window

From the Project Attendees window you can perform the following tasks:

• Add an attendee to a project
• Define an attendee's access
• Define an Attendee's Biddable Lots 
• Add a user from a bidder company as a spectator
• E-mail project invitations to attendees
• Remove an attendee
• Remove an Attendee with Saved or Submitted Survey Responses
• Remove an Attendee with Submitted Bids
• Export Project Attendees
• Set up MetaBids for currency conversion
• Monitor Attendee Access Status

NOTE: In situations where a sponsor company has empowered users to enter information into their user profile, the user may have submitted their profile with a different name than was initially associated with the user name that appears in the Project Attendee list.
