Bid Management enables you to add, modify, or delete bids for a project using the Project Bids wizard. Use this feature to:

• Add a new bid for a bidder (including a preliminary bid)
• Add a sealed bid for a bidder
• Submit an Excel bidding spreadsheet for a bidder
• Edit or delete a bid
• Publish and Unpublish bids
